This website does not use analytics services, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies, and it does not build profiles of visitors. The site sets no cookies of its own. The only data it collects is what you deliberately type into the contact form or the Engineering Brief signup, described below.

When you submit the contact form, we store what you entered: name, organization (optional), email address, inquiry type, subject, and message, together with a submission time, an internal record ID, and delivery status for our own notification email. This is stored in a Cloudflare D1 database operated for NetFRAME, and is used solely to read and respond to your inquiry. It is not used for marketing and is not shared or sold.

A notification email containing your submission is sent to a NetFRAME engineering address so it gets read. For abuse prevention we verify submissions with Cloudflare Turnstile and apply short-window duplicate and rate checks based on the submitted email address. We do not store Turnstile tokens or browser fingerprints.

Subscribing to the Engineering Brief stores your email address, an optional display name, signup time, and confirmation status. Subscriptions are double opt-in: nothing is sent to you beyond a single confirmation email until you confirm. Confirmation and unsubscribe links use random tokens, and only cryptographic hashes of those tokens are stored.

Every issue includes an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing marks the address unsubscribed and stops all further sending; it is never silently re-activated. The list is used only to send the Brief: no marketing reuse, no sharing, no tracking pixels in what we send.

This site is served on Cloudflare Workers, and its forms are protected by Cloudflare Turnstile. Cloudflare processes network requests as the hosting and security provider, and Turnstile evaluates challenge interactions under Cloudflare's own privacy policy. Like effectively all web infrastructure, the platform may produce standard technical server logs (requested URLs, timestamps, IP addresses, user-agent strings) for security and operational purposes.

Fonts and page assets are served from this site itself. No third-party font or asset service receives your visit.
